Indigenous singer-songwriter, and Afropop artist, Balogun Muritala Olaseni, popularly known as Stuntxxx, is set to release his sophomore EP titled “Holy Vol. 2.” The eight-track project will be available on all streaming platforms on the 30th of November, 2025.
The upcoming EP serves as a continuation of his musical journey following his debut EP, “Holy,” which was released in December 2023.
Showcasing a rich blend of Afropop, Afro Trap, Dancehall, Amapiano, and Fuji-inspired rhythms, “Holy Vol. 2” is a testament to Stuntxxx’s versatility and creative evolution. With each track, the rising star immerses listeners in his world, offering raw energy, relatable narratives, and street credibility.
The EP features standout songs like “Day By Day,” “See Finish,” “Dede,” “Risky,” “Gbemidebe,” “Saidon P,” “Iyawo,” and “Get It.” It also boasts a collaboration with street-hop sensation Danny S, strengthening Stuntxxx’s ties with the streets that birthed his grind and sound. Production credits include a lineup of talented beat makers — Wave Sound, Shocker, Femilin, Younguan, and EMXY.
Speaking on the project, Stuntxxx shared, “My music is inspired by my environment, my experiences, and the lifestyle I grew up observing. Holy Vol. 2 represents my growth and determination to build a legacy with sounds that truly resonate with the streets and beyond.”
Born in Lagos Island but moved to Ebute Meta and originally from Ilorin, Kwara State, Stuntxxx schooled at Government College Ikoyi and later completed his National Diploma in Accounting at Lagos State Polytechnic, followed by a BSc at Houdegbe North American University. He ventured into music professionally in 2023 with his breakout single, “Ashabi Sha Dollar!” – a street anthem that marked his arrival into the industry.
With previous singles like “Yo Fam” featuring Danny S, “Lepa,” “Believe,” and “Gbemidebe” setting the pace, Stuntxxx is rapidly becoming one of the most consistent new voices in contemporary African street music.
He is also the founder of 808STUNTGLOBALENT, a self-owned label focused on discovering and supporting raw talent from the streets.
“I’m deeply inspired by artists like Wizkid, Olamide, Burna Boy, Future, Davido, 9ice, Naira Marley, and Asake,” Stuntxxx said. “I’m building a sound that connects my roots to the future. Afrobeats reigns globally, and I’m proud to be part of that wave.”
With Holy Vol. 2, Stuntxxx cements his growing influence and sets the tone for what’s to come.
